I'm Kari, a mother of two children and a registered yoga teacher with a focus in pelvic health and yoga therapy for women's health. Yoga has been a huge part of my life for 20 years including thousands of hours of training and teaching. My main trainings and certifications are in prenatal yoga, postnatal/postpartum yoga, yoga therapy and pelvic health. I specialize in yoga for the health and well-being of Mothers including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause. It is no secret that Mothering is an ever-changing challenge and finding time to nourish yourself is often pushed to last or even out of mind.
