This virtual class uses the same Zoom link every week, for both sessions. Reservations are recommended so that your instructor knows to expect you. Once you have reserved your place in class, please copy and paste this link in your browser and use it to attend the Zoom meeting

Class Description
Yuan Gong is an updated, gentle and effective practice of Qigong, a traditional Chinese healing system (the origin of T’ai Chi). This class focuses on improving health and well-being. Appropriate for people experiencing cancer and chronic conditions. The class accommodates people with movement restrictions or even chair-based practitioners.
This free virtual class is divided into 2 sessions designed to offer different qigong methods that match each student’s ability, experience, and preference. Beginners should attend the Wednesday Introductory QiGong at 2:30pm, but all are welcome to the Opening the Heart Meditation at Noon. All sessions use the same link.
