Non-Kaiser member can join the Kaiser series! This is yoga therapy that meets you where you are. Want to get a little stronger? Want to work on an ache or pain? How about Stress Management, breathing, and relaxation? Kaiser Permanente has sponsored and recommended our classes for a decade. This one is a two month series on either Mondays or Thursdays. The low rate gives you classes at $12.50 each! Series start every Jan, March, May, July, Sept, and Nov. .
